CREDIT CARD & CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective October 15, 2026
We understand that plans can change. However, late cancellations and rescheduling make it difficult to fill reserved appointment times and can prevent other guests from receiving services.
For the benefit and respect of all guests and service professionals, appointments booked with Chicago Male Salon & Spa are subject to the following terms:
A valid credit card must be held on file for all services booked in advance.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled start time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within one (1) hour of the scheduled start time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Guests with a history of cancellations may be required to prepay for services in full at the time of booking.
In rare circumstances, failure to respond to confirmation messages may result in the appointment time being released to another guest. In this case, no cancellation charge will be applied.
Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s), even if there is not enough time to complete all services.
For appointments where the total scheduled service price is $300 or more, a 50% prepaid deposit is required at the time of booking.

It’s important to understand that when forgetting or cancelling reservations without giving proper notice, we lose the opportunity to fill that reservation time. This causes other guests wanting an appointment to miss out on receiving services. For the benefit and respect of all our guests and service professionals, booking service reservations with Chicago Male are subject to the following terms:

Guests with a history of cancellations may be required to prepay for services in full at the time of booking.
In rare occasions, failing to respond to confirmation messages may result in the reservation time being given to another guest. In this case no cancellation charge will be applied.
Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) even if there is not enough time to render all services.
For reservations where the aggregate service price is at least $300, a 50% prepaid deposit will be required at time of booking.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective September 1, 2025
Our memberships give you monthly complimentary services and exclusive discounts. Please review these terms to understand billing, cancellations, rollovers, and how your member benefits work.
Complimentary monthly facial services roll over while your membership is active.
Memberships are charged to the card on file and renew automatically each month.
For monthly services, a “month” is defined from renewal date to renewal date (usually the sign-up date).
Memberships must be canceled before the renewal date to avoid a recurring charge. Once a membership is renewed, it is non-refundable.
In the event of membership cancellation, member perks remain valid until the would-be renewal date. Unused rollover facials remain valid for three months after cancellation.
Some perks and discounts may appear at booking, while others may be applied manually at checkout.
Memberships, vouchers, perks, and discounts are non-transferable.
Service reservations canceled within one (1) hour of the scheduled start time are subject to forfeiture of the complimentary monthly service.
Gratuity is not included with any service, complimentary or otherwise.
