CREDIT CARD & CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective April 28th, 2019
It’s important to understand that when forgetting or cancelling reservations without giving proper notice, we lose the opportunity to fill that reservation time. This causes other guests wanting an appointment to miss out on receiving services. For the benefit and respect of all our guests and service professionals, booking appointments with Chicago Male are subject to the following terms:
For booking spa, color, and treatment services, a credit card is required to have on file.
Guests who have previously “No Call/No Showed” may be required to put a credit card on file for future reservations.
Less than 3 hours notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” for all services and will result in a charge equal to 25% of the scheduled service(s).
Less than 24 hours notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” for services with duration over 2 hours and will result in a charge equal to 25% of the scheduled service(s).
If you do not contact us to cancel your reservation or do not show up for your scheduled reservation, you will be considered a “No Call/ No Show” and charged full price of the scheduled service(s).
As a courtesy, reservation confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance of reservations by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment time being given to another client.
To ensure the full Chicago Male Experience, we request you to please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled reservation time.
Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) even if there is not enough time to render them.
