From brows to brazilians, Chicago Male Salon & Spa has performed 1000's of men's waxes and is a popular, safe and easy hair removal grooming method so you don't have to shave as often.  Hair should be at least 1/4 inch in length prior to the removal process and results can last up to 8 weeks.

Waxing enhances your muscle definition.  Pecs become more buffed . . . arms become more defined . . . abs can look more chiseled . . . and tattoos are given a clean look.  Waxing can also make your skin look naturally smooth and is ideal for controlling seriously hairy areas like the back, chest, legs or groin. 


What to expect.
You should wear something comfortable when arriving for your waxing appointment.  After checking in, you'll be taken to our spa area and given a consultation on what your objectives are.  You'll then be asked to remove your shirt for upper body services, or disrobe to your level of comfort for lower body services.

Because Chicago Male uses premium waxes and our technicians are professionally trained, many clients comment that the waxing procedure is not nearly as painful as they expected.  Follow-up treatments are gentler than the first, as the hair comes back softer and finer and doesn't have time to fully develop.



GUIDELINES: Before getting waxed you should not go tanning.  We also discourage waxing for those who have taken Accutane in the last 6 months, or any other prescription that may make the skin thinner, or for those with diabetes or poor circulation as your skin can be too sensitive.

APPOINTMENT POLICY: Please note that a credit card is required to secure any spa services over $100.  Any appointment not canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be charged for the service price.  Thank you for your understanding.  Menu and prices subject to change without notice.
